HP is clearly not the same company who were 10 years ago and this product proves it. Looks nice and has nice features, but I finished two were dead in 10 days. Amazon is great and it has been very useful, but the product is garbage.
To make matters worse, when I offered as add support for HP, the only way out was a 5-6 weeks turn-around to take the warranty service or sent to a workshop at my own expense (ie The guarantee is a genuine guarantee relability). HP is not behind their product.
NOT BUY this computer.
